Ingall’s Grove, a 54-unit Class C apartment complex, was sourced off-market via a data-driven acquisition off market campaign.  The asset was acquired for $8.8 million in January, 2021 and currently undergoing renovations to reposition to a class B through gut renovations and the addition of amenities  Investors are projected to receive over a 20% IRR and 2.5x equity multiple over the hold period.
